Your Voice Matters with BT Conferencing Operations
BT Conferencing is dedicated to providing our customers with quality service. In our effort to do so, we send surveys to help us track and measure our performance with conference services, field services & product management. Our ability to meet and exceed your expectations is enhanced by the honest feedback you can provide when filling out these surveys. However, we need your help! The next time you receive a request to fill out a survey about your recent BT Conferencing experience, please take a few minutes to complete & submit it so that we can continue to provide you with the quality service you have come to expect from BT Conferencing.
Based on your feedback
In a continued effort to improve service levels, efficiency, and quality, BT Conferencing made a wholesale change to our existing process for managing audio and video calls. From March 20th, we implemented the following service enhancements:
- Full automation of loading audio legs
- Increased redundancy and scale of our solution: all calls are now scheduled with access for up to 125 audio participants as standard
- Addition of International (UK) access number as standard for all calls
- Increased security with random, individual pass codes provided for all calls
Our process for scheduling and loading audio to a video conference has always been manually intensive and, as such, introduces the risk of human error. Our new solution addresses this challenge and enables us to automate the loading of audio legs (mirroring the loading of video calls) and eliminating manual complications that could previously occur.
This new process should provide all our customers with improved quality, a more scalable solution (increased numbers of participants can join a call without the need for pre-scheduling) and more flexible, cost effective dialing options with the addition of a UK access number for European participants.
