BT Conferencing EMEA Update

In February, BT Conferencing teamed up with TANDBERG for the IP Video Expo, an annual AV user group conference in Canary Wharf. Peter Garratt, Group IT Director for AMEY, a valued BT Conferencing customer, spoke about the implementation of their Video Conferencing, detailing their usage and adoption programme. The conference drew over 300 end users and proved to be a very successful event.

BT Conferencing proudly sponsored the Polycom User Group conference in Belgium 12-14 March 2008. The conference brought together key professionals who are regular users of Polycom product and services to demonstrate new advances in their technology and to share experiences with fellow users.

This quarter also saw the release of a 30 day free Automated Self Service trial for video conferencing users in the UK. The offer allows users to utilise the online conference management tool, EngageMeeting Manager, where they can schedule conferences for automated launch, or initiate meetings with on-demand access.
