BT Conferencing Passes 1,000 REM Endpoints
On April 27, Wire One announced it has reached the milestone of over 1,000 endpoints monitored by its Remote Equipment Monitoring (REM) service. Our REM service offers proactive, real-time monitoring of each conferencing device to maximize reliability and remedy problems before they impact your business. By using a remote centric approach, we can save customers time and resources. REM leverages IP network connectivity to ensure stability and uptime of customer endpoints and other networking devices, making them available when they are needed.
