The Device Management Service is dedicated to managing all aspects of your bridging network including MCUs and gateways. The equipment may be installed on your site, at a BT Conferencing network operations center, or at a third-party co-located facility.

Component services contained in the Device Management/Administration offering are:

  • 24x7 device monitoring via BT Conferencing's Remote Equipment Monitoring (REM)
  • Equipment certification
  • Configuration management
  • Problem logging, tracking, diagnosis, resolution
  • MCU call overflow management
  • Testing and installation of software updates, enhancements and BT Conferencing-approved major releases, if applicable.
  • Administration of Manufacturer Maintenance Contract (Letter of Agency required if not BT Conferencing)
    • Note: Parts replacement and software enhancements will be provided to the extent that is covered by the manufacturer’s maintenance agreement
