BT Conferencing was recently profiled in the 2006 Wainhouse Research “A Buyer’s Guide to Collaborations Managed Services.” In that report, authors Andrew Davis and Alan Greenberg write, “BT Conferencing appears to be putting it all together” and “BT Conferencing has more video and collaboration managed services bases covered than nearly any other competitor.” The report goes on to describe in detail BT Conferencing's unique approach to managed services, and how BT Conferencing can make video conferencing easy to use and more reliable while also driving down cost.
The buyers guide was produced by Wainhouse and based on interviews with more than 13 managed service providers, as well as a variety of end users of collaboration and video conferencing managed services. A few of the other companies profiled in the guide are AGT, IVCi, SPL, ServicePoint, York Telecom and Virtela.
