BT Technology Achieves Premier Partner Status with IP Communications Specialization
BT Conferencing is pleased to announce that it has attained Premier Partner Status from Cisco Systems®. To earn Premier certification, BT Conferencing had to meet or surpass the stringent personnel, training, customer satisfaction, specialization, and post-sales support requirements set forth by Cisco.
As a Premier Certified partner, BT Conferencing has demonstrated expertise with Cisco technologies and proven its ability to meet customers’ needs. Cisco Premier Certified Partners receive a rich set of benefits, including access, training and support, giving them a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Cisco Premier Certified partners are recognized and rewarded for employing some of the industry’s best-trained network technicians who can demonstrate their expertise in planning, designing, implementing and supporting Cisco solutions. These teams of technicians are audited annually to ensure that they consistently deliver industry-leading support and maintain the rigorous Cisco standards for expertise and support capabilities.
