Upgrading your equipment and experiencing the power of BT Conferencing 's conferencing services takes just a few easy steps:
STEP 1: Purchase a new qualified SoundStation2, SoundStation2W or SoundStation VTX 1000 from your local BT Conferencing representative between now and December 31, 2006.
STEP 2: Complete the Voice Trade-In Claim Form and Letter of Authentication and Destruction (sent to you by BT Conferencing ) or certificate of donation from a charitable non-profit organization. Make sure you have the serial numbers of all phones traded in.
STEP 3: Submit completed forms and the proof-of-purchase to Polycom within 90 days of purchase. Polycom will issue each rebate check within 6 weeks of receiving qualified and verified claims.
STEP4: Call BT Conferencing to start using your discounted audio conferencing services.
