Our Focus Is On Our Customers

Two of BT Conferencing ’ main goals in 2005 were to increase customer satisfaction and make it easier for you to do business with us. We focused our efforts on a few key areas that we felt offered the greatest impact: We’ve implemented system improvements which allow us to better measure our quality of service so we can continue to improve your experience with BT Conferencing . We connected our call centers located in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Colorado, California and London, so that all of our customer service staff, including reservations, help desk, and conference production, have real time access to all the same information and to each other. Both of these enhancements have moved us closer to our goal of delivering world class service.

We released several new products designed to increase the reliability of video conferencing while reducing the associated costs. These products include Remote Equipment Monitoring (REM) for endpoints, MCUs and other customer infrastructure and Remote Bridge Management. We have enhanced Onward, our video conferencing management platform to provide improved reliability and easier to use customer tools.

In 2005 we expanded our international capabilities and we are now delivering hardware, hardware services and managed services in Europe from our UK office. Our managed service offerings are taking hold in both the US and European markets by providing customers with improved performance and a real return on investment.

BT Conferencing is a growing, profitable company. We are committed to making the investments required to improve the customer experience and drive innovation in this industry.
