TANDBERG® , a global leader in visual communication, announced that System Contractor News presented its Installation Award for Best Audio/Video Conferencing Product for Commercial Install to the TANDBERG 6000 MXP Codec. The award, presented at InfoComm 2005 in Las Vegas, recognizes the flexibility and functionality of the 6000 MXP Codec, and reinforces its reputation as the integrator’s codec of choice. The Installation Awards, created by the International Communications Industries Association (ICIA) and CMP Information, Inc., recognize excellence in the integration of audio, video, control and networking products in the installation market. A panel of industry experts judged nominated products and determined the final list of nominees, with winners decided by a Systems Contractor News readers’ poll.
