Account Maintenance and Responsibility
If you wish to create, schedule or attend
a conference on the Wire One Site, you must become
a registered user ("Registered User"). By registering
with Wire One to become a Registered User, you
represent, warrant, and covenant that: (a)
you are above the age of 18; (b) you are using
your actual identity; and (c) you have provided
only accurate, complete and up-to-date information
about yourself during the registration process
and at all other times thereafter. By logging
onto the Wire One Site using any username and
password, you represent, warrant, and covenant
that you are use such username and password
and to engage in the activities and communications
that you conduct thereunder. You agree to be
solely responsible for the confidentiality
and use of your username and password, as well
as for any activities or communications conducted

and password. If you wish to cancel a username
or password, or if you become aware of any
loss, theft, or unauthorized use of a username

you are responsible for paying all such fees
and all taxes applicable thereto. All fees

products are as stated at the time you place
