and operated by Wire One Communications, Inc. (“Wire One”). These terms and conditions
govern your use of the Wire One Site. Please read the following terms and conditions
carefully before using the Wire One Site. By using the Wire One Site, you indicate
your agreement to these terms and conditions without modification. If you do
not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use the Wire One Site.
These terms and conditions may be changed
in the future without further notice. Your
continued use of the Wire One Site after any
such changes constitutes your acceptance of

Copyright and Proprietary Rights
Unless otherwise stated, the Wire One Site and
all software, text, graphics, design elements,
audio, music, and all other information and
materials originated or used by Wire One in connection
with the Wire One Site (the "Proprietary Elements”)
are the property of Wire One or its affiliates,
suppliers, or business partners and are protected
by United States copyright, trade secret, and
trademark law, as well as other state, federal,
and international laws and regulations. Except
as expressly provided herein, Wire One does not
grant any express or implied rights to you
under any patent(s), copyright(s), trademark(s),
or trade secret information. Accordingly, unauthorized
use of the Wire One Site, the Proprietary Elements,
or any other information or material available
on or through the Wire One Site may violate patent
laws, copyright laws, trademark laws, trade
secret laws, laws pertaining to privacy and
publicity rights, or other laws or regulations.
Please be aware that Wire One actively and aggressively
enforces its intellectual property rights to
the fullest extent of the law.

Site License
Wire One grants you a limited license to make
personal use only of the Wire One Site and the
Proprietary Elements, conditioned on your continued
compliance with these terms and conditions.
You may not reproduce, upload, post, transmit,
download, distribute, sell, sublicense, transfer,
mirror or frame any part of the Wire One Site
or the Proprietary Elements, except that you
may printout or download portions of the Wire One
Site or the Proprietary Elements for your own
personal use or for other uses expressly permitted
by Wire One. You may not modify or create derivative
works of the Wire One Site or the Proprietary
Elements without Wire One’s prior written
consent. Further, you may not use any metatags
or any other “hidden text” utilizing
a Wire One name or Proprietary Element without
Wire One’s prior written consent.
User Content
By posting, uploading, or transmitting multimedia
presentations or any other information or materials
on the Wire One Site (“User Content”),
you grant to Wire One and its affiliates and
suppliers a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual,
irrevocable, transferable, unrestricted, non-exclusive
right and license to use, reproduce, transmit,
publicly perform or display, translate, or
otherwise communicate to the public such User
Content.
Wire One is not responsible in any manner for,
and does not undertake to screen, police, review,
edit, or monitor any User Content, Wire One is
not a publisher of any User Content. Nevertheless,
Wire One reserves the right to remove temporarily
or to delete any User Content for any reason
or for no reason at all. In addition, if you
violate any of the following rules, Wire One
may, in its sole discretion, issue a warning
to you or prohibit you from using the Wire One
Site without warning.
You may not link, upload, post, or transmit
any of the following materials on or through
the Wire One Site:
- unauthorized copyrighted material or any
other material that infringes on the intellectual
property rights, trade secrets, or privacy
rights of another;
- materials that encourage criminal conduct,
could give rise to civil liability or otherwise
violate any law or regulation in any jurisdiction;
- materials that defame, harass, abuse, stalk,
threaten, or in any way violate any law or
regulation in any jurisdiction;
- materials that are bigoted, hateful, or
racially offensive;
- materials that contain vulgar, obscene,
profane, or otherwise objectionable language
or images that typically would not be considered
socially or professionally responsible or
appropriate;
- materials pertaining to pyramid schemes
or to investment opportunities or advice
not permitted under law; or
- materials that constitute anti-competitive
collaboration and/or antitrust violations.
You must use your best judgment and reasonable
caution in evaluating all User Content. Wire One
does not make any representations with respect
to, nor does it endorse the accuracy, completeness,
timeliness, or reliability of, any advise,
opinions, statements, or other information
contained in any User Content. Any advice,
opinions, statements, and other information
contained in any User Content are the sole
responsibility of the author thereof, and Wire One
expressly disclaims all responsibility and
liability for such advice, opinions, statements,
and other information.
Wire One respects the rights (including the
intellectual property rights) of others and
asks its users to do the same. Wire One may,
under appropriate circumstances and in its
sole discretion, deny access to the Wire One
Site to users that infringe or otherwise violate
the rights of others. If you believe that any
User Content should be deleted because it violates
any of the above rules, please notify Wire One
at abuse@wireone.com.
Wire One does not have any obligation, however,
to review any User Content, or to delete or
modify any User Content, even after being notified
of a potential violation.
