Wire One Communications Appoints Nigel Stobart to
Interim SVP Global Operations

MIAMISBURG, OHIO – April 17, 2007 –Wire One Communications, the largest provider of visual communications solutions, today announced the interim appointment of Nigel Stobart to senior vice president  Global Operations reporting to CEO Dan Connors.  Stobart takes over from Charlie Bernard, who had responsibility for Service Operations  at Wire One for the past six years.

In this expanded role,  Stobart will have responsibility for both product and service operations at Wire One.  His team of 175+ employees will have responsibility for product procurement, project management, installation, help desk, maintenance and conferencing services.   This team will ensure that our customers have a world class customer experience when dealing with Wire One Communications.

Stobart, who works out of the Irvine CA office,  joined Wire One Communications in January 2006 as senior vice president of Product Operations and HR.  Nigel began his career as a lawyer in Melbourne, Australia, with a focus on commercial litigation.   He worked as a management consultant at Bain & Co on clients in such diverse industries as retail, consumer goods and fiber optics. Most recently, as the senior director of Sales Operations for the Professional Business group at Gateway, Inc ,  he led the Forecasting, Order Entry and Sales Associate teams.  Nigel holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University in Australia and a Master of Business Administration (with Honors) from the University of Chicago.
