More Options, More Flexibility: Web and Audio Conferencing Enhancements

During the latter part of 2006, Wire One Communications began enhancing our existing conferencing platform to provide a more robust audio and web offer to our customers. We expect to conclude the transition on June 14th, 2007, with no visible disruption to your day to day conferencing.

Wire One customers will experience the following benefits from these enhancements:

• Global Meet - global solution for on-demand audio conferencing that provides end users with an expanded set of international access points, including international toll-free access, as well as, in-country toll numbers.
• The addition of a high end web conferencing offer provided by Microsoft Live Meeting.
• An upgrade to our existing WebEx platform (Version 7.0). The upgrade includes these features:
• Enhanced sharing options
• New scheduling capability
• Additional support for MAC users/li>
• Quick start option
• International language support
• Expanded set of star (*) Commands for on-demand audio conferencing.
• engageAccess- a new call type for operator assisted conferencing that supports automated entry with a dedicated operator.
• Online Host Controls - an online tool for Operator assisted event conferences that allow a host to:
• View the active participants within their conference.
• View participants who have queued up to ask a question during the Q&A session.
• Manipulate the order of the Q & A queue or remove participant(s) from the queue all together.
• Real-time chat with the operator conducting the call.
• Print option for a real-time participant list of the conference attendees.
• Enhancements to engageMeeting Manager that allow end users to :
  • Launch now or schedule a web conference with email invites.
  • View and distribute replay information for a previously recorded conference(s).
  • Order up to 5 CDs.
  • View and manipulate your audio conference participants via Online Host Controls.
  • View audio conference details including dial-in numbers and passcodes.

You will continue to have access to the full range of Wire One automated and/or operator-assisted conferencing services that you previously used. In addition, if you were an on-demand service user, your participant and moderator passcodes have not changed.
